Delivery
All goods are shipped by post as registered airmail within 5 working days of receiving payment (usually within 24 hours). All goods are insured and we will replace any goods lost or damaged in transit or if no replacement is possible, we will offer alternative products or refund the full price paid (via Paypal or bank transfer). Filmmaking and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

Refund Policy
We will provide a complete refund (via Paypal or bank trasnfer) should the items ordered arrive faulty, incomplete or not as advertised.

Tracking orders
All orders or order status changes are confirmed automatically by email. You can also check the current status of your order by clicking on MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page (you have to log in to see this option).
